All springs are made from high-carbon wire specially formulated to suit the specific purpose of this unit. The springs are pretensioned to the correct height in durable material, allowing for years of proper resilience. The encased coils are hog-rung together to provide the perfect fit and comfort.

These coils can also be purchased in continous reels of individual springs
for the manufacturer whose desire is a custom use.
