• All Encased Coils are secured together by adhering non-woven material to the top and bottom of each Encased Coil with hot melt glue.
• The Barber Individually Encased Coil is compressed during the pocketing process which minimizes tension loss over the life of the mattress. Your mattress retains its desired firmness, maintains comfort and last longer.

• All Encased Coils are shipped in roll-bales with 5 units per bale.
  Note: twin-size units are shipped with 10 units per bale.

• Border wires are not attached to the Encased Coil Innersprings prior to shipment.
• Border wires packaged separately and sent with same shipment as Encased Coil Units.
• Border wires are easily secured with traditional hog-ring guns at the mattress build-up table.
